Showing a great evolution, this swedish stoner rock left their sound a little more spacial and agressive until the travelling tracks as in the first track The Hills Have Eyes and Black Light Revolution, but the best tracks are when they kick out as Rising, The Exit and Glorified.

Another great Stoner Rock album that hardly will be launched here. The vocal sounds like Chris Cornell (when he screams), but the sound follow the stoner rock manual, with hard riffs, a little portion of 70's rock. The only fault is that the band sounds like Soundgarden, mixing the albuns Badmotorfinger and Superunknown. Eminence for the tracks Come That Way and Because I'm God.

Throttlerod - Hell and High Water (Small Stone) 2003 I

The thing here is the punch, with tracks that can be easily classified as trash metal tracks, but how we don't care with classifications, what cares here is the quality, with the most part of tracks wasting power and simplicity as it can be. Eminence for the tracks Tomorrow and Loaded Gun, In The Flood and for the unplugged ballad Been Wrong.

The Last Vegas - Lick 'em and Leave 'em (Get Hip) 2003 I

Lauched int the end of last year, but that were divulgated just in this year, this great albun bring us a dirty glam rock, that sounds like late 60's Detroit rock bands, mainly Stooges, but with some elements of 80's hard rock as int the track She Won't Go and punk that can be noted in whole album. Whole album is ok and it's a serious candidate of best year's album.

The Revolvers - The End Of Apathy (People Like You) 2003 I

Now a days, there is a lot of bands mixing punk with hard rock, sometimes more punk, sometimes more hard rock, but these German guys found the point, until putting some piano's as in the first track End Of Apathy until the lousy 1,2,3,4 (in portuguese) in the track Idiots and Idols. Another eminences are the tracks Narrowminded But Ain’t Got A Clue and Real Life Horrorshow.
