Hellacopters - High Visibility
(FNM-Universal)
Visualize a
compilation with some of the best bands of late 60's and early
70's as Stooges, MC5, Kiss, AC/DC,... This is Hellacopters, a
band that suggest you to be a fanatic rocker and feel sorry
about had your hair cutted. At this moment they launch a
B-sides Compilation Album with sounds that was released just
in vinyl 7". Just to remember that thi is the worst album
of Hellacopters (in my modest opinion)

Unband - Retarder
(Roadrunner)
A band than
trustworthy believe in the trilogy Sex, Drugs and Rock n'Roll.
They play a screaming hard rock mixed with a punk punch,
highly influenced by AC/DC and Motorhead. The extinct magazine
Showbizz classified this album as a "feeble" album
justifying that "it was a band like this in all corner of
Los Angeles" and I ask you: Is it bad ?
We will be so happy
if there were a band like this on each corner in São Paulo. I
knew this band by the owners of 95 degrees, Bian Brothers.

Bad Brains - Bad Brains (Trama)
Absolutely
classical band/album of 80's californian hardcore. In some
parts they mix a piece of reggae, but anything compromising,
on the other hand. Now a days, they come back playing as Soul
Brains. If you think that NOFX & "friends" are
the maximum in punk rock and hardcore, listen to this cd to
know what is punk rock /hardcore. "It's fuckin " as
Canibal from Devotos says.

One of the pioneers of good swedish rock. The
band recently celebrate 20 years of rock. The sound is basic
rock with big influence of punk. This album is a little dirt

Riffles - Wonderful Life (Trama)
Australian punk rock

Joey
Ramone : Don't Worry About
Me (Sanctuary)
Release
Date:
02/18/02
Posthumous release of one of the icons of the Rock And Roll, Joey Ramone, that died in April of 2001, after a long fight against a lymphatic cancer. Leader of Ramones, band that in the seventies it was one of the responsible for the birth of the Punk Rock movement, that tried to rescue the origins of the rock, Joey, made your work, independent of the Band, since 1996 to a little before your death, but still with face of
Ramones. Before that, the songs, for the weight, are like for the
70th's Rock And Roll, than for the rawness of Punk of the time. The final version of the album, finished by theyer friend and producer Daniel Ray, would never be heard by Joey.
Prominences for the cover of " What Wonderful World ", immortalized in Louis Armstrong's voice, and also for the unpublisheds " Mr. Punchy " and " Spirit In My House ".
